About FolioCRM

Built by people who sat in hotel sales offices, not just software offices

FolioCRM exists because hotels kept telling us the same thing: their CRM options were either too generic to fit hospitality, or too complex to actually use.

Our story

FolioCRM was built while working closely with hotel operations teams across India — sitting with sales managers, front office staff and GMs to see, first-hand, how enquiries actually move through a hotel.

What we found was consistent: enquiries tracked across WhatsApp threads, Excel sheets and sticky notes; no clear view of which deals were open, stalled, or lost; and no single record of a guest's history across stays. Generic CRMs, built for software sales teams, didn't close that gap — they just added another tool to manage.

So we built FolioCRM specifically around hotel sales — enquiries, room nights, group blocks and guest relationships — instead of asking hotels to adapt to software that wasn't built for them.

What We Believe

The principles behind FolioCRM

Purpose-built beats customized

A tool designed for hotels from the ground up will always fit better than a generic tool bent into shape.

It has to work for the whole team

Not just sales — front office, GMs and reservations all need to see the same picture, without extra training.

Built with early customers, not for a demo

We're shaping FolioCRM directly with the hotels using it today, before a wider public launch.

Part of the Geedesk family

FolioCRM is built by the team behind Geedesk, who have spent years building software for the hospitality and service industry.
